Develop strength, grace, and artistry through classical ballet technique. In this 75 minute open intermediate/continuing ballet class, we will focus on a thorough barre to get your body warm and energized and finish with a movement-filled center which will allow you to dance through space. You will feel longer and stronger and will know that you are making lasting improvements in your posture, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Recommended dress code is comfortably fitting clothing that allows for free movement and is not too baggy. Ballet shoes are recommended, but not required.
